Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire cycle of customer projects: demand analysis, data collection, solution design and report writing
  • Assist senior consultants to complete customer communication meetings and solution presentations
  • Use basic analysis tools (Excel/PPT) to build business models
  • Track project results and organize customer feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, economics/management/science and engineering background is preferred
  • 1-3 years of consulting/corporate strategy department experience, excellent fresh graduates can be trained
  • Proficient in basic data analysis and PPT production
  • Clear logic and fast learning ability

Data Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Process the sales/operation data provided by customers, perform cleaning and basic analysis
  • Use SQL/Python to complete data extraction and create visualization charts (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Assist the consulting team to verify business assumptions and output data insight briefs
  • Maintain the company's industry database and regularly update key indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in statistics/computer/mathematics and other related majors
  • Proficient in at least 1 tool: SQL/Python/R
  • Master basic data visualization (Excel chart/Power BI)
  • Ability to interpret business

Policy Researcher

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring policy trends in key Asia-Pacific markets (China/Japan/Korea/ASEAN)
  • Collecting and organizing ESG, trade, industry support and other regulatory documents
  • Writing policy summary reports (in Chinese and English), marking business impacts
  • Maintaining policy databases to ensure timeliness of information

Requirements

  • Professional background in international relations/public policy/law
  • Familiar with government document retrieval channels (such as the State Council/EU Bulletin)
  • Ability to interpret policies in Chinese and English (CET-6 or equivalent)
  • Experience in basic information organization and report writing

Geopolitical Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Tracking risk trends in key regions (Taiwan Strait/Middle East/Eastern Europe)
  • Analyzing commodities, supply chains, investments The geopolitical relevance of policies
  • Write monthly risk warning briefs and response recommendations
  • Support the crisis management team to develop emergency plans

Requirements

  • Master of international politics/regional studies/security strategy
  • Master basic geopolitical analysis frameworks (such as SWOT/PESTEL)
  • Accept short-term business trips to participate in client meetings

Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Execute the entire recruitment process for consultant positions: job posting, resume screening, and preliminary interview arrangements
  • Assist in organizing campus recruitment activities
  • Handle employee entry procedures and manage basic personnel files
  • Collect industry salary data and support salary plan formulation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/psychology/management
  • More than 1 year of recruitment execution experience (consulting/IT industry preferred)
  • Have basic interview assessment skills
